Jast like I remembered it from my childhood. Quick and easy to cook for breakfast. Have ordered twice more.

It's supposed to be salty!!!

The people who said that this was too salty, not refrigerated and tasted like shoe leather have obviously never had country ham. It was exactly bc as country ham is supposed to be, good and salty. I had to order online bc they don't sell it in California (that I could find anyway), and this Georgia girl had to have it for Christmas morning.
