Đun sôi nhiều dầu ăn trong nồi nhỏ, thả khoai tây đã được làm lạnh vào chiên khoảng 2 phút vớt ra, để nguội bớt rồi cho vào chiên lại cho đến khi khoai chín giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.
