Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 350 độ F. Ớt chuông rửa sạch, thái hạt lựu. Hành lá băm nhuyễn. Phô mai bào nhuyễn. Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho thịt xông khói vào xào cho ra mỡ, sau đó cho ớt chuông vào xào khoảng 5 phút, tắt bếp.
Trong một cái tô, trộn đều kem chua, 1/2 lượng phô mai, sốt Worcestershire, cho hỗn hợp thịt xông khói vào trộn đều. Trút lượng phô mai còn lại, phủ đều lên chảo, cho chảo vào lò nướng trong 15 phút là hoàn thành.
Sau khi lấy chảo ra khỏi lò, nhân lúc còn nóng, bạn thưởng thức ngay nhé. Món này để ăn cùng bánh mì hay snack là tuyệt vời luôn, không tin bạn cứ thử xem sao nào.
